Lee Fortune has been blessed to be able to
share the love of Jesus through song since he
was a teenager. He has performed with many
local and professional groups throughout the
years. One of those groups was Testament -
the featured male quartet that sang a two-hour
gospel music show five days a week at Carolina
Nights Theatre in Maggie Valley, North
Carolina.  Lee has also opened with gospel
music for Country Music Award winning artist
Don Williams.

Lee released his first solo gospel music album
in February 2006.
Southern Classics features
some of those “good old songs” and timeless
hymns that Lee grew up listening to. Lee's
second album,
Journey to the Cross, was
released in September 2006. This album also
features Lee's songwriting ability as five of the
songs on the album were written by Lee and
his wife Cindy. "There's No Place Like Home,"
one of the original songs, was the first radio
release from
Journey to the Cross. It is an
upbeat duet featuring tenor Danny
Funderburk, formerly of
The Cathedrals.
Lee was saved when he was 13 years old at a
youth conference in Perdido Beach, Alabama. Lee
shares his salvation experience and tells of God’s
forgiveness and love at his concerts. Lee believes
that it is important to share what God has done
and is doing in his life at every opportunity.

In late 2007, Lee expanded his ministry and
opened InSong Productions, a state-of-the art
Christian recording studio in Gastonia, North
Carolina. He has already had the opportunity to
work with some well-known southern gospel
artists and is looking forward to working with
others in the future.

Lee resides in Gastonia, North Carolina with his
wife Cindy, daughter Alina and son Troy. His son
Scott is a junior at Troy University in Troy,
Alabama and daughter Casey is a freshman at
Southwestern Community College in Sylva,
North Carolina.
